How do I make international calls using low-cost Internet telephony?
To make a call, enter the full international number, including the country code (00 initial or +) and press the call button. Or you can select a contact and double-click it to dial the call. To find your contacts only need to click the button icons people.

Is service enabled Internet telephony calls to emergency services?
We currently have support for calls to emergency service numbers, therefore Tutimovil right now is not an adequate substitute for a fixed telephone line.

How do I use my own VoIP device?
We have created several guides of devices that will assist you to set up your VoIP device software or hardware for use with Tutimovil.

You will need your ID and password SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) to make your device work. You can find these in the “I want to use my own VoIP device” on Internet Telephony tab.

What is VoIP?
VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is a set of systems and technologies through which can deliver voice information over the Internet. Services like Tutimovil can ignore or bypass the traditional telephone network in order to offer substantial savings on international calls.

What type of Internet connection need to use Internet Telephony?
We recommend an internet connection broadband, such as cable or DSL. The service can run on slower connections but the voice quality will be reduced.

What’s my number of Internet Telephony?
The number of Internet telephony is the number that other users can call TUTIMOVIL / call free. To do need to download our Internet Telephony application, enter your number and call Internet telephony.
